Began career with Dyke Yaxley as Accounts Junior in 1997, and progressed to become Client Manager. Qualified as a Certified Accountant in 2000, before becoming Business Development Manager.

Runs the new Business Development Department, ensuring all compliance issues are met, and that the department grows effectively.
