Mark Bramall - Director
Mark joined Dyke Yaxley in 2003 from Moore Stephens and qualified with us in 2004. He was appointed as a Director in May 2010. During this time he has been acting for a large range of corporate clients; advising on all aspects of their compliance matters and remuneration planning. Mark works closely with his clients to develop their business through strategic planning, offering support to review the process and achieve their goals.
Mark is a member of the Business Development Team which provides support to all types of businesses; the support includes all aspects of Corporate Finance work such as advising on raising finance, preparing financial projects, exit planning, business acquisitions, business disposals and the writing of business plans.
A keen golfer, Mark is a member of Shrewsbury Golf Club and has an impressive handicap of 8. He is an avid Wolves fan and a regular visitor to The Molineux. Mark is also a keen mountaineer and rock climber and spends many of his weekends in Wales or Scotland, weather permitting.
