Our second chosen charity gets their cheque

Jun 16, 2017 | Uncategorized

We’ve raised just short of £3,500 for charity this year, which has been split between Severn Hospice and The Lingen Davies Cancer Fund.

Our Marketing Assitant, Mel Edwards, who helps lead the team behind the fundraising efforts, said there had been some particularly successful events this year.

“Some of the activities we done to raise money included a Royal Family themed cake sale, sweepstakes, a cricket dinner and much more!!

Looking at the amount raised, everyone has been so generous with their time and their support, and we’re so thankful that our efforts have motivated so many people to contribute towards our fundraising pot – I really hope this money helps our charities out significantly.”

Our chosen charities for 2017/18 are the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity & Shropshire and Staffordshire Blood Bikes.
