Two new faces have joined Flex IT, Tom Richards and Michael Ross.  The duo of IT support technicians have now joined the highly-skilled Flex team that offers the very best technical support and advice on the latest developments in the industry.

Flex IT Director, Matt Childerhouse said: “We’re delighted to have welcomed Tom and Michael to our team, and their progress so far has been excellent.

“We’re sure our experienced staff will be keen to share their knowledge and skills with our new recruits, and will help them to settle in smoothly.”

Tom is currently working towards his Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence, and Level 3 Certificate in ICT Systems and Principles.

He also volunteers at Pontesbury Broadplace, to help people in the local area with any IT or technology issues they may have.

Michael began his IT career in Milton Keynes before relocating to a Telford company, and is now enjoying his time with Flex IT.

Matt said: “Flex IT was formed initially as the in-house support team for Dyke Yaxley, and we have since branched out to support companies across Shropshire and the surrounding counties.

“We focus on delivering IT support services, hardware supply, software supply, specification of complete networks, and installation services.

“Most of our clients treat us as their in-house IT support team and we’re passionate about making sure each individual client has the solutions in place to meet their specific needs.

“Our aim is to deliver exceptional IT services, allowing the client to focus on running their business while we focus on their IT systems.”

Flex IT works with companies in a wide variety of industry sectors including accountancy, legal, financial, estate agents, manufacturing, software providers, and leisure and tourism.
