Professional background:

Claire worked in finance for over 15 years before being made redundant in 2015, since then she has worked in Administration and joined Dyke Yaxley in 2017 as Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Claire is responsible for managing the Reception area at our office in Shrewsbury greeting numerous clients and visitors on a daily basis and handling all incoming phone calls and emails.

Claire also offers administration support to other members of staff and she is responsible for filing documents and coordinating outgoing post for Dyke Yaxley.

Claire outside of work

Claire’s favourite hobbies include: Socialising, walking and family time.

Growing up, Claire aspired to become a Veterinary Nurse.

Claire describes her old office supervisor (who recently battled breast cancer) as her biggest inspiration having provided Claire with lots of great advice on being a mum.

If Claire wasn’t working at Dyke Yaxley, she would enjoy a career working for the NHS.

Claire’s greatest achievement is winning x 2 top performer clerical awards for highest achiever in the Country.
