Jackie is also part of the CSR committee at DY and works tirelessly with the other DY committee members to raise funds for our chosen charities, help the local community and improve our carbon footprint.
Jackie Young
Client Services Co-Ordinator
Jackie joined Dyke Yaxley in 1979 and has worked in various departments before moving to her current role as Client Services Co-Ordinator (previously known as Marketing Co-Ordinator) in 2003.
She works with the Directors and Managers across all departments of DY to ensure clients are kept up-to-date with the latest accountancy and DY developments.
Jackie is responsible for organising all seminars and events which DY hosts throughout the year, as well as most recently hosting Zoom webinars both internally and externally. She also represents DY at business expos and networking events as required.
Other responsibilities include ensuring DY’s advertising and sponsorship commitments are met, website content management, designing and proof reading quotes and proposals, preparing and designing powerpoint presentations, lead management and minute taking. Jackie is also a member of DY’s CSR team and helps organise fundraising events.
In her spare time Jackie enjoys going to concerts, walking her dog and riding her new electric bike!
