Laura is also part of the CSR committee at DY and works tirelessly with the other DY committee members to raise funds for our chosen charities, help the local community and improve our carbon footprint.

Laura joined Dyke Yaxley in 2015 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University. She qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant in December 2019 and was awarded the AB Snow Certificate of Achievement for being the highest placed Staffs/Shrops/Wolves student in Corporate Reporting (advanced level) for the July 2019 sitting – what an achievement!
She is now studying towards her Chartered Tax Advisor qualification and started her CTA exams in January 2021 taking the Owner Managed Business and IHT/Trusts and Estates route.
Laura is responsible for the preparation of accounts for a wide range of businesses from sole traders, partnerships, companies trusts and landed estates. She is also involved in the preparation of income tax returns, VAT returns and occasionally assists on audits.
Most recently Laura has been assisting with the submission of furlough claims.
