Natasha is also part of the CSR committee at DY and works tirelessly with the other DY committee members to raise funds for our chosen charities, help the local community and improve our carbon footprint.

Human Resources Advisor
Natasha joined Dyke Yaxley as Human Resources Assistant in March 2017 after previously working as a HR Administration Officer for a Construction Company based in Tamworth.
Natasha was then promoted to Human Resources Advisor in May 2019.
Natasha’s responsibilities include monitoring of absence and sickness levels, providing support for internal Dyke Yaxley staff relating to HR matters, advising and supporting external clients with HR matters, providing support for Dyke Yaxley’s recruitment campaigns and assisting with all HR communications within Dyke Yaxley.
Natasha is also DY’s designated Safeguarding Lead. She is DBS checked and fully aware of her responsibilities for referring incidents of abuse to the relevant statutory agencies, for example, the Police and Social Care.
