Professional background:

 Sam joined the Flex in-house team in 2012 and is one of the first points of contact for customers who need help and support.

Responsibilities:

Sam is responsible for providing support to clients who need help and guidance with IT related queries. Sam works with clients from a wide variety of industry sectors and manages calls that come into the Flex IT Helpdesk. 

Sam also carries out regular checks on client systems and also configures new work stations and laptops. 

Sam outside of work

Sam’s favourite hobbies include: Playing football, gymming and going out with his friends.

Growing up, Sam dreamed of becoming a Fireman (Fireman Sam!).

Sam describes Las Vegas as the best place he’s ever visited.
