The latest new face to join the Dyke Yaxley team is Rachel Storey who is working as a client manager in the corporate department. She has worked in the charity and not-for-profit sector for several years and brings a unique perspective to Dyke Yaxley’s charities team.

“I am delighted to have been appointed and it’s an excellent opportunity to develop my skills still further and to continue to build a career for myself in the world of accountancy,” said Rachel.

“I originally studied in Southampton, but I have lived in Shropshire for a number of years and completed my training at another practice in Cheshire, specialising in various sectors including legal, audit commission, and charity, before joining Dyke Yaxley.”

In her role, Rachel will manage a portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors including charities and some not-for-profit organisations. She will help them to prepare and file accounts and tax returns, and will be involved in the audit of companies, and liaise with HM Revenue and Customs.

“I’m looking forward to helping to develop the services we offer in our charity and corporate teams, and to working closely with colleagues to ensure we are delivering the very best customer service to clients at all times.

Dyke Yaxley managing director, Marie Bramwell, said: “It’s been an extremely busy summer for us with new business coming in from all over the county and further afield, so it’s been vital to recruit the very best candidates to deal with the workload.

“Rachel is one of the new faces to join us this year, and we’re very happy to welcome her to our ever-growing team.

“She will be working in a busy and important division of the business, and we’re pleased to see how well she is liaising with the other employees to ensure she has all the support and advice she needs to settle in.”
