Working in our Shrewsbury office, we are looking to recruit an experienced Client Support Assistant, to work within and alongside our internal support team, for this full-time position.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in working in a similar professional services background, with strong interpersonal, client care and administrative skills.
The Role:
- Providing all front of house receptionist duties
- Answering the switchboard in a courteous and professional manner
- Booking meeting rooms for Dyke Yaxley staff and clients
- Providing full administrative support to the Internal Administration and Accounts Team
- Assisting with general office duties to include photocopying, scanning and filing
- Administrative support for the client facing team, HR, Wellbeing and Health and Safety
- Be part of First Aid and Fire Marshal resource (training will be given)
- Administrative support and reporting to the Practice Manager
- Ensuring the stationery supplies are maintained appropriately, and ordering stock as required
The Candidate:
- Demonstrates capability in working with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in working in similar role and customer facing environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive with an ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Friendly and professional demeanour with a positive attitude
- Act with integrity
