At DY, we’re always proud to support and recognise the incredible achievements of women, both within our team and beyond. For International Women’s Week, we embraced the opportunity to celebrate the inspiring women around us.
We started the week with a surprise: purple-themed gift boxes filled with treats, stationery, and a fun activity. Thank you to Ellie Steel and Amanda Cowey for organising and assembling these thoughtful boxes. They made the start of the week so much more special!
With Pancake Day the same week, we couldn’t resist setting up a pancake topping station. It was a fun way for everyone to come together, enjoy some sweet treats, and celebrate the women who inspire us all.
Our team also got involved in an International Women’s Day word search and shared their thoughts on a question that got everyone thinking: “Which woman inspires you the most and why?” The answers were inspiring, reminding us of the incredible women who shape our lives.
It was a week full of connection, reflection, and appreciation. We’re committed to recognising and supporting the strength, resilience, and achievements of women, both this week and every day.
