Professional background:

Helen has been with Dyke Yaxley since 1982 when the firm was known as Yaxley Davies, before it merged with Dyke and Ruscoe in 1987 to become Dyke Yaxley.

Helen has worked in various roles within the Accounts Department up until 2002, when she moved to the Internal Administration Department as Financial Controller.

Helen’s greatest achievement within the company is receiving her 30 year service award and her favourite part of working for Dyke Yaxley are the welcoming environment and friendly staff. She thoroughly enjoys her role and hopes to continue working for Dyke Yaxley up until retirement.


Helen’s key responsibilities involve: Producing monthly financial accounts efficiently and accurately, printing out daily bank statements and updating payment spreadsheets.

Helen also assists with general administrative duties, such as: Paying staff expenses, replenishing stationery and coordinating cash flows.

Helen outside of work

Helen’s favourite hobbies include: Watching football, playing killer Sudoku and keeping fit at zumba.

Growing up, Helen aspired to become a Nurse.

If Helen wasn’t working at Dyke Yaxley, she would enjoy working in care, as a Social Worker.

Helen’s favourite holiday destination is Majorca, Spain.

Helen’s greatest achievement are her two daughters, Katie and Emily.
