We offer excellent training programmes for people looking to establish careers in accountancy and associated professions. Support includes high-level in-house training and mentoring, and financing of external qualifications.
There are many ways to enter the accountancy profession and training programmes are adapted to suit different levels of entry, whether you are a school leaver or graduate.
The good news is that most of the people who train with us stay with us and establish successful careers here.
We also support the national Apprenticeship Scheme and have trained and mentored a number of staff within our Administration Team.
