We are proud to recognise the commitment and dedication of our team with a series of internal promotions.
Eleven employees have stepped into new roles, reflecting their hard work, achievements, and the continued growth of our business.
Managing Director Marie Bramwell said:

Marie continued:
“The success of our training programmes is evident in the number of staff progressing to more senior roles within our company.
“We offer programmes for people looking to establish careers in accountancy and associated professions, including high-level in-house training, mentoring, and financing of external qualifications.
“We can also adapt our training to suit different levels of entry to the profession, and the good news – as you can see from the latest round of promotions – is that most of the people who train with us stay with us and establish successful careers here.”
We also support the National Apprenticeship Scheme and have trained and mentored several members of our Administrative team.

Our dedication to training and development was recognised last year when we were named a finalist in the large employer category at the Shropshire Telford & Wrekin Apprenticeship Awards. We also sponsored the Business, Legal, and Finance Award category at the same event. In addition, we continue to support the annual Skills Show at Telford International Centre, helping to inspire the next generation of accountancy professionals.
