Professional background:

Helen joined Dyke Yaxley in 1983 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987, taking on the role of Director in 1991.

Responsibilities:

Helen looks after a portfolio of SME clients, incorporating limited companies, partnerships and individuals, providing them with business and taxation advice, particularly specialising in restaurants and public houses and the property and service sectors.

As Human Resources Director, Helen has responsiblity for training both within Dyke Yaxley and externally, assisting clients with various employment matters covering law, policies and procedures.

Helen outside of work

Helen’s favourite hobbies include fly fishing and going on walks.

Growing up, Helen aspired to become a Forensic Scientist.

If Helen wasn’t working at Dyke Yaxley, she’d enjoy working as a Countryside Ranger.

Helen’s lifetime ambition is to introduce her husband to Kenya, Africa where she spent much of her childhood.

Helen’s greatest achievement is climbing to the peak of Mount Snowdon via Grib Goch.
