Dyke Yaxley are delighted to be launching a series of short video presentations and modules to work through, to support business owners over the next few months, as they seek to grow their business and ‘Rebound and Recover’.
Some businesses need to relaunch, some are dealing with major changes to their operations or supply chain, and some may be managing a huge demand in a specific area of their business.
We will begin by launching Phase 1, six modules concerning the state of your business, with practical ideas to support your working capital and access to finance.
Later, in Phase 2, we will turn to strengthening the business, strategic growth, Human Resources and continual improvement.

Each module is a short video/presentation, generally kept to around 10 minutes long and is designed to provide thought provoking ideas for you to work and expand on. For access to Modules 2 to 6 inclusive, we will ask for a small donation to the NHS Charities Together charity, supporting NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients – our suggestion is £75.

You can choose to watch the modules in your own time or our preference would be to schedule a time to watch them together. It could be that you only choose the most relevant modules for your circumstances. If used to its fullest potential, you will have ‘takeaways’ and ‘tasks’ to do before moving onto the next module.
