Professional background:

Diane joined Dyke Yaxley in 2013 as Receptionist/Secretary, having previously worked as a Legal Secretary and also a Personal Assistant to a Member of Parliament.

Appointed as full-time secretary in December 2015, working with all Dyke Yaxley Departments, Diane has been able to develop her knowledge and expertise.  In April 2016 she also provided assistance for 15 months to the Company Secretary. 

Diane now provides secretarial support to the Tax Department as Tax Secretary.


In her role as Tax Secretary, Diane is responsible for typing correspondence, reports, proposals, invoices and R&D reports.  Producing Powerpoint diagrams to be included in the R&D reports. 

Drafting structure diagrams and reformatting documents in both Excel and Word, to include adding formulas where required.  She also deals with the on-line registration for Trusts.

Diane is minute taker for the monthly Tax Department meetings.
