Professional background:

Diane joined Dyke Yaxley in 2013 as Receptionist/Secretary, having previously worked as a Personal Assistant to a member of Parliament and also as a Legal Secretary.  Her communication and organisational skills have proven to be invaluable to her role within the Company.
In her role as Receptionist, Diane has demonstrated excellent customer service, meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner.

Appointed as full-time secretary in December 2015, working with all Dyke Yaxley Departments, Diane has been able to develop her knowledge and expertise and in April 2016 she also provided assistance for 15 months to the Company Secretary. 

Diane now provides secretarial support to the Tax Department.


Diane is responsbile for providing support to the Tax Department.

Some of the duties Diane's role entails are as follows:

  • Typing correspondence, reports and proposals
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations (internal and external presentations)

  • Drafting structure diagrams

  • Audio and copy typing

  • Reformatting / making amendments on documents

  • Assisting with projects

  • Generating reports and assistance with billing

  • Monitoring filing deadlines and turn-around time for project work
