Congratulations to our newly qualified staff

Our staff have been developing their skills by tackling a whole new raft of qualifications.

And the hard-working team’s efforts have certainly paid off, with six members of staff successfully completing some extremely tough exams.

Managing Director Laurie Riley said: “We’re always keen to encourage our staff to continuously develop their knowledge and expertise, and this year we’ve seen a huge number of employees commit themselves to new training courses.

“It’s always great to see the enthusiasm of our staff who are dedicated to building on the skills they already have, and we’re extremely pleased with the latest round of exams success.”

The successful candidates are:

Ian Brander, who joined Dyke Yaxley ten years ago as an apprentice and now splits his time between the company’s Shrewsbury branch and their offices in the USA – he has achieved his Association of Taxation Technicians exam and specialises in all aspects of tax.

Hannah Holloway has successfully completed her Association of Accounting Technicians exams, after joining the company as an accounts clerk in 2014.

Rhian Harding and Alan Jebb have become Chartered Accountants (ACA) – Rhian joined the company as an audit and accounts clerk on a training contract, as did Alan, who initially worked in the tax department before moving to corporate accounts.

Hayley Price and Sarah Howells have qualified as Chartered Tax Advisers – Hayley initially had a one-year placement with Dyke Yaxley during her studies and then took up a full-time position, working now as a client manager. Sarah is an audit and accounts senior and also qualified as an Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2013.
