Keith Winter

Keith qualified as an Accountant in 1968 and partnered with several accountancy firms before merging with Dyke Yaxley in 1994.

For many years Keith worked closely with the Marketing Team, as Sales and Marketing Director, helping to drive the business forward through a range of promotional activities.

In 2013 Keith was named as President of the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and Enterprise having taken over the role from President John Clayton.

Keith is currently working at Dyke Yaxley on a consultancy basis, three days a week.

Keith mainly deals with large corporate clients or large partnerships where he personally advises them on all aspects of tax planning, succession, strategic planning and more.

Keith is also involved with buying and selling businesses as well as carrying out share valuations for companies and partnerships within Dyke Yaxley.
