Richard is also part of the CSR committee at DY and works tirelessly with the other DY committee members to raise funds for our chosen charities, help the local community and improve our carbon footprint.

Practice Manager
Richard joined Dyke Yaxley as Practice Manager in January 2021.
Having graduated from Loughborough University, Richard spent over 30 years working at a huge local car dealership, with the last 5 and a half years spent as a Dealer Principal.
Richard’s responsibilities as Practice Manager involve assisting the Managing Director and other Dyke Yaxley Directors with the smooth running of the firm, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements along with reviewing processes and efficiencies to support the firm in providing a first-class client service.
Richard is also responsible for monitoring workflow and productivity, holding client review meetings, as well as assisting in networking.
