Client Support Receptionist
Sandra joined Dyke Yaxley in 1993, after working at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for 12 years in a clerical role.
Sandra is responsible for managing the Reception area at our office in Shrewsbury. She demonstrates excellent customer care at all times, ensuring visitors are made to feel welcome and at ease.
In her role she answers telephone calls, welcomes visitors, coordinates diaries, books meetings, updates databases, deals with internal and external post and coordinates laptop usage.
